Answer to Question 1

Reduce weight to at least UBW and then possibly talk about going to IBW if BP remains elevated. Reduce Na intake. Start an exercise program prescribed by an MD or other qualified professional.

Answer to Question 2

The RD was fairly specific most of the time and did make an attempt to use food models at one point.
