BEE = 66 + 13.7  74.8 + 5  185.4 - 6.8  35
= 66 + 1025 + 927  238 = 1780 kcals

1780  1.3 to 1.5 = 2314 to 2670 kcals

Mrs. J is a very stressed person who has a lot of external pressures and whose worrying and pride create internal pressure. Her eating habits are poor and contribute to hypoglycemia.
