0.5 - 0.8g/kg of dry body wt

Answer to Question 2

Skim milk, low-fat, low-Na cheese, low-fat ice cream or ice milk, fish other than shellfish, dried, or raw fish. Low-sodium soy sauce, salt substitutes or herbs and spices.
