Answer to Question 1

 Glucose is high but blood test was random. It is not high for a random test.
 BUN and Cr are high and could indicate a renal complication.
 Serum albumin is low, indicating protein malnutrition. Does not have to be caused by just a low protein intake, but could be a severely low total caloric intake.
 AST, ALT, ALP are all elevated and indicate a liver abnormality.
 Chol, TG, and LDL are all elevated. Could be related to diet, heredity, sedentary life style, or any combination of the above.
