Beans and corn tortillas provide complementary proteins with beans being a legume and corn being a grain.

Answer to Question 2

Calcium, vitamin D and iron for certain are deficient. Zinc and copper along with most other trace minerals are questionable. Depending on the amount and frequency of the vegetables eaten, vitamins A, C, niacin, and riboflavin are questionable.
