Mrs. G accompanies her 12-year-old daughter to the clinic for a routine visit. She is obviously upset about her daughter's weight and repeatedly tells both the nurse and daughter how unattractive she looks.

   2. Closely monitor her food intake and restrict high calories foods.
   3. Talk with her teachers and make sure she is not eating junk food at school.
