Medical transcriptionists must understand the importance of accuracy in the
  records they produce because:
 
  a. they won't get paid for inaccurate records
  b. errors could negatively impact the future health of the patient
  c. doctors may chastise them for inaccurate records
  d. they may lose their job for poor performance
