Answer to Question 1

Fee Simple Absolute is an estate without limitation or restriction of any kind for an indefinite period of time. It is said to be the greatest estate with the greatest number of rights for the land owner.
Fee Simple Determinable is an estate that terminates if an event specified by the grantor occurs, or a use specified by the grantor ends.
Fee Simple Conditional, or a Fee Simple Subject to a Condition Subsequent, is an estate that continues uninterrupted until the occurrence of a future event.
Life estate is an estate limited in duration to the life of a designated individual. While the duration is limited to an indefinite time (the lifetime of the measuring life) it comes with all the other rights of fee simple absolute ownership.
