Other critical purchases are security programs that provide anti-virus and firewall protection. An office suite should be also be purchased that will allow for word processing and some file and data management. Next on the list would be the utility software to allow access to the Internet, as well as audio and video. Finally, specialty applications should be acquired to upgrade the case and file management of the office suite program.
