If a rule is not clear, or you do understand the rule but you need some further clarity or support, you can look up cases that have dealt with the issue. In order to strengthen your argument in resolving your legal issue, always use a combination of statutes and case opinions. It is good to use a combination of statutes and cases because statutes state the law, and opinions explain, interpret, and supplement the law.
