Helen offers to let Jerry use her lawnmower in exchange for Jerry letting Helen's kids swim in his pool. If that's okay with you, just take the mower, Helen tells him. Jerry doesn't respond, but the next day, he is mowing his lawn with Helen's lawnmower. Is there a contract?
