Your neighbor builds a berm in his yard to enhance his landscaping scheme. Now every time it rains heavily, water runs off the berm and drains onto your property flooding it, thus depriving you of the use and enjoyment of your land. You have complained and tried to reason with your neighbor, but he simply ignores you. Which of the following would be your best course of action?
