Answer to Question 1

Consumer studies consistently show that keg beer is the preferred beer delivery type for most beer drinkers. The studies indicate that most often beer drinkers feel that draft beer is perceived as being fresher than alternative packaging forms and that beer drinkers also enjoy the fact that being served a draft beer most often involves more showmanship than being served a canned or bottled product.

When discussing this question it should be pointed out, however, that serving draft beer places significant storage, equipment, and sanitation requirements on those operations that choose to serve it.
