What is an adequate number of uniforms for a server?

Answer to Question 1

The server should have enough uniforms to allow for daily changes. If scheduled to work five days a week, then three uniforms would be appropriate, allowing the server to wear a clean uniform each day.

Answer to Question 2

Beers and lagers - 45 to 47F Ales - 50 to 52F
Dark beers - 58 to 68F
