Answer to Question 1

Menus can be printed for distribution at food fairs (to generate business) and at career fairs (to solicit potential job applicants). Copies of menus can be available for guests to take home to use, for example, when they are considering where to go for a dining-out experience and/or to order food for carryout.

If 100 percent of red grapes are used, the wine is known as Blanc de Noir, and white wine made from red grapes; if the winemaker uses 100 percent Chardonnay grapes, the wine is known as Blanc de Blanc, a white wine from white grapes
