a. That the actor who engaged in the behavior in question, was, at the time, suffering under some defect of personality or circumstance so as to not be legally responsible for his or her actions.

a. Protection of personal property
b. Defense of home or habitation
c. Defense of another's property
d. Use of a mechanical devise to protect property
