Answer: The following points should be in the answer:
a. Two governments (federal and state) have jurisdiction over the inhabitants of each state.
b. Each has control over activity within the legal sphere of each clearly defined influenced.
c. Are co-sovereigns as it relates to the determination of how law functions.

Answer: The following points should be in the answer:
a. felony
i. Serious and violent crimes
ii. An individual can be eligible for death
iii. Will be incarcerated
iv. Will serve time in prison rather than a jail
b. Misdemeanor
