Answer: Answer should include discussion of the levels of continuum of care, stabilization, medication and integration with inmates (if possible) to prepare for release.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Answer should include information on the use of the Pell grant in paying for inmate higher education, and how its removal put the responsibility of paying for college classes all on the inmate (who is often unable to afford it). In addition, most of these classes are correspondence courses.
