Answer to Question 1

Answer: Answer should include information on how a warden who is a stickler for details and following the rules maintains a safer environment, compared to a warden who does not keep tabs on the daily operation of the prison. This style can lead to corruption, abuse and other negative aspects.

Answer to Question 2

They help staff and the organization to learn and to work through problems in an adaptive manner. They involve staff in finding creative and innovative solutions to new problems.
