Answer: Answer should include information on how a warden who is a stickler for details and following the rules maintains a safer environment, compared to a warden who does not keep tabs on the daily operation of the prison. This style can lead to corruption, abuse and other negative aspects.

They help staff and the organization to learn and to work through problems in an adaptive manner. They involve staff in finding creative and innovative solutions to new problems.
