Answer to Question 1

Answer: Answer should include information on at least one of the following:
Transferring gang members to maximum-security prisons
Limiting inmates' access to money, which often plays a critical role in inmates' underground economy
Placing the most violence-prone gang members in special facilities
 Developing gang intelligence
 Recruiting informers
Observing inmates' daily routine activities to identify patterns of activities and associations of gang members

Answer to Question 2
