Avoid radiation from X-rays, sun, or nuclear waste; avoid chemicals from food or water, or those that touch the skin regularly or are breathed in from tobacco smoke or asbestos. Avoid foods that are believed to be carcinogenic. If they must smoke or drink, they should do so in moderation. Seek counseling and genetic testing.
