Hunger, thirst, nausea, weakness, fatigue, headache, blurry vision, pruritus, cold extremities, cramping pain in calves and feet during walking or exercise, decreased sensation to pain and temperature in feet, numbness and tingling of the lower extremities, weight loss, frequent infections, and slow healing cuts and sores

Answer to Question 2

Nausea, anorexia, fatigue, muscle weakness, and heart abnormalities are symptoms of deficiency.
