Answer to Question 1

The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommends that all adolescents be physically active daily, or nearly every day, as part of play, games, sports, work, transportation, recreation, physical education, or health promotion. Further, they recommended that adolescents engage in muscle- and bone-strengthening activities at least three days per week. Regular physical activity improves aerobic endurance and muscular strength, may reduce the risk of developing obesity, and builds bone mass density. Physical activity among adolescents is consistently related to higher levels of self-esteem and self-concept and lower levels of anxiety and stress.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
