Answer to Question 1

He or she should drink only bottled water and avoid using
ice. If bottled water is not available, then he/she should boil
water for 1 minute before use. In addition, the friend should
carefully wash any fresh fruit and vegetables that are eaten
without peeling. Of course, if your friend needs to wash fruits
and vegetables, it must be with bottled or boiled water.
