Melanie is always taking credit for successes, but blames other people or the circumstances for failures. Why is this kind of thinking not good for Melanie?

Answer to Question 2

Answer: When someone takes credit for successes but blames bad luck or other people for failures, she will feel good, but will not learn from failure. It would be better for Melanie to realize that she failed and why, so she could do better next time.
