Answer to Question 1

Answers will vary, but could include three of the following techniques:
- Ask yourself if you're hungry enough to eat an apple. If so, then you're truly hungry.
- At the moment you are about to consume something you had not planned to, stop and think for a moment to
determine whether something has triggered your perceived need to eat. Are you eating because food is available or
are you actually hungry?
- While eating, take a few moments to actively analyze whether you are still hungry or if you are eating simply
because there is still food left on the plate. Try to recognize the point where you feel satised, and save the rest of
the meal for later.
- Eat higher-quality foods that are avorful, rich in nutrients, and unrened. You'll require less of these foods to
feel full.

Answer to Question 2

The intensity of exercise dictates the relative proportions of fat and carbohydrate that are consumed as fuel during
exercise. In general, the lower the intensity of exercise, the more fat is used as a fuel. Conversely, the greater the
intensity of exercise, the more carbohydrate is used as a fuel.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
