Answer to Question 1

Cardiorespiratory endurance (sometimes called aerobic tness or cardiovascular tness) is an important component of
physical tness. Cardiorespiratory tness is a measure of the circulatory system's ability to pump blood to the
working muscles and the ability of the muscles to take up and use the oxygen to produce energy for muscular
contraction.

Answer to Question 2

Exercise is a subcategory of physical activity. Exercise is physical activity that is planned, structured, and designed
to contribute to physical tness.
