Answer to Question 1

d

Answer to Question 2

A supplement taken short term and at lower doses may not have a chance to build up in the body to toxic levels. There are similar concerns with fat soluble vitamins. Such vitamins like active vitamin A can be stored in the fat cells and released at any time. When this vitamin reaches high levels in the body, it can cause serious toxicity symptoms. The key is to prevent the build-up of these supplements to toxic levels. By the time symptoms appear, the vitamin or heavy metal could be present in such high amounts that it will take a while for the levels to drop down.
