Answer to Question 1

c

Answer to Question 2

Fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A, D, E, and K should not be taken as a supplement because they can be stored in the body's fat tissue. Vitamin A, in particular, can cause damage to the liver, bones, and skin if it is present at high levels. Niacin can also cause a very painful rash if taken in as a single vitamin supplement.
