Answer to Question 2

Cancer is a topic that many people do not like to openly discuss. Many people do know families that have a strong history of breast cancer but they don't realize that many more women develop breast cancer with no family history. Cancers have several causes. Some factors may include how the breast tissue reacts to the estrogen hormone. Also, diet may promote the growth of a small tumor that has already started to grow. Since cancer has a variety of causes and interacting factors, people may not understand the risks associated with its development.
