Answer to Question 1

d

Answer to Question 2

BMI is very easy for anyone to measure. The height measurement is easy to determine as well as the weight measurement. A measurement of waist circumference is very simple and can demonstrate whether a person has central obesity. A waist measurement greater than 35 inches in a woman or 40 inches in a man may indicate central obesity. A person with central obesity has a higher risk of cardiovascular disease. Excess body fat in the abdominal region may increase the levels of LDL and inflammation in the body. This may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
