All of the following are guidelines for choosing and using vitamin and mineral supplements EXCEPT:
  1. Purchase supplements labeled USP.
  2. Take supplements with meals.
  3. Consult your healthcare provider before you take supplements to treat a problem.
  4. Choose supplements containing 150 of the Daily Value or less.

Question 2

Vitamin and mineral supplements are NOT an effective remedy for any of the following EXCEPT:
  1.chronic fatigue syndrome.
  2.adults with rheumatoid arthritis.
  3.hair loss.
  4.stress.
