Answer to Question 2

Feasible measures fit resource constraints, yield measurements that are suitably precise, are manageable, and are not overly burdensome to study participants. Justifiable measures are among the best choices available to measure a particular characteristic, are as safe and nonintrusive as possible, and are truly necessary and within the project's scope.
