could include feedback from students, parents, and school personnel on the following:
 Participation rates
 Time breakfast is served
 Menu choices
 Location where breakfast is served

Summative evaluation data can be used in a formative way by utilizing the data completed at the summation of a previous intervention in a manner that will improve the intervention the next time it is given.
