Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Hard water contains a high calcium and magnesium content, soft water contains a high sodium or potassium content, distilled water contains very few dissolved minerals, as they have been removed in the distillation process, and filtered water has very low levels of lead, arsenic and micro-organisms, but leaves the majority of minerals in concentrations similar to what they were before filtration.
