Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) includes a large number of folk practices that originated in China. TCM is based on the theory that the body has pathways (called meridians) that conduct energy (called qi). The interrupted flow of qi is believed to cause illness. TCM practices allegedly improve the flow of qi and include acupuncture, qi gong, herbal remedies, dietary practices, and massage.
