Whereas some women have no problem breastfeeding after surgery, others have a great deal of difficulty. About 85 of pregnant women experience food cravings while they are pregnant. Food cravings can be quite powerful and commanding, and are most likely caused by hormonal changes that impact the senses of taste and smell. There is nothing wrong with indulging food cravings during pregnancy.
