 Fasting
 Ayurveda (form of Complementary and Alternative Medicine CAM) -- foods and herbs may be used for healing powers/abilities
 May be vegetarian (quite individualized though and type may vary)

 High use of pepper may increase gastric acidity
 Tea may aggravate symptoms
