Answer to Question 1

Height: 157.4 cm, weight: 77.1 kg, UBW: 74 kg
BMI: 31.1 (per 77.1 kg weight)
UBW: 104
Edema certainly may account for the change from UBW.
SBW (medium frame) = 61 kg
Adjusted body weight = edema-free body weight + (standard BW- edema-free BW)  0.25 = 74 + (61 - 74)  0.25 = 70.75 kg

 abdominal appearance: flat
 palpation of abdomen: soft
 dry skin
 tenting skin turgor
 skin condition: ecchymosis, dry, tearing
 mucous membranes: dry, petechiae
