Answer to Question 1

Answer: No. An introvert is unlikely to enjoy being in the spotlight and giving a speech because he or she is shy, quiet, and reserved.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Introversion means how shy and reserved someone is; it is the opposite of extraversion.
