What is one of the most important steps a training center can take in encouraging appropriate behavior?
 
  a. To remind trainees every time they see them

  d. To verbally explain the code of conduct to each trainee

Opinions regard the Fifth Amendment and blood testing and field sobriety tests will vary. Answers should include Breithaupt v. Abram and Schmerber v. California regarding rulings on the admissibility of such tests. The Court has upheld that drawing blood for drunk driving cases is not a violation of the Fifth Amendment as the protection of the public has a greater interest.
