Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

The right to privacy is not specifically articulated in the Constitution and currently there is no benchmark for privacy and the use of technological devices has been developed. Although a recent Court ruling indicated that a search warrant is needed to search a cell phone, and has been extended to tablets and I pads, but as with most rulings there are exceptions. Opinions regarding the extent of right to privacy as applied to technology will vary.
