The five types of military action associated with counterterrorism are (1) open warfare,
(2) raids, (3) preemptive strikes, (4) direct action, and (5) hostage rescue. Examples will very.

Answer to Question 2

Answers will vary. They can include incidents perpetrated by ALF or ELF, a GMO Group, a hacktivist (like the Samsung incident), an Anti-technologist individual or group, or an Anti-Abortionist group.
