The student could discuss the fact that having been through the rehearsal process
of the play via the chapter videos, the reader experiences something they already know a
considerable amount about versus the live audience who went into this play knowing little
other than that the play was premiering here at Ball State and was being published within
this book. The student could also discuss the director actor-audience interaction that is lost
in watching a mediated version of the play.
