Does touch differ at all inside of Office 2013? Explain. How could you use a tablet PCwithouta keyboard? How could you use a tablet PC without a touch screen?

Yes, some applications have a few additional options / different touch gestures. You could also use the onscreen keyboard or a digitizer screen. Without a touch screen, you can still use a traditional mouse and hover in the 4 corners or use new keyboard shortcuts.
