Nordstroms is a department store.
You will not likely find an example of couture, but should be able to locate examples of the other styles.

Answer to Question 2

Most items are in the peak phase - they are popular with Lands End customers. A few items - those offered at discounts, for example - may have entered the decline phase. The style of clothing sold by Lands End is best described as classic.
