Answer to Question 1

Provide a booklet of information that states expectations. Plan an orientation program; include goals as well as information about the center and ways to be successful with children. Supervise and give feedback that highlights how much they are appreciated and what children are learning.

Answer to Question 2

Teaching sports, guiding children in aspects of dramatic presentations, teaching dance, talking and listening to children, accompanying children on field trips, teaching exercises, playing board games, and sharing cultural traditions.
