  b. serve the children's plates
  c. correct the children's table manners

Before we can become culturally proficient we need to reflect on our own points of view and learn to stop criticizing differences and honor attitudes, beliefs and perspectives that different from our own. Only then can we become truly professionals ready to help with diversity work.
