Answer to Question 1

Children may not feel well much of the time and may exhibit symptoms such as chronic fatigue, irritability, disinterest, and poor concentration. Many allergy medications have side effects that can cause drowsiness, restlessness, and thirst.

Answer to Question 2

A written report should include a description of events preceding the seizure, length of time the seizure lasted, type and location of convulsive movements, child's condition following the seizure, and any additional information.
